They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for a B2B SaaS company that provides user research software, where the role involves owning the full sales cycle and collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Own deals end to end, from building warm outbound into target accounts through discovery, demos, proofs of concept, negotiation, and close
  • Act as the voice of the prospect internally, partnering with Product on roadmap decisions, Marketing on positioning and messaging, and Customer Success on clean handoffs and a consistent customer journey

Skills

  • 4+ years in a new-business, quota-carrying sales role at a B2B SaaS company
  • A track record of owning the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation through close
  • Proven ability to consistently hit and exceed quota, including carrying and beating a roughly $1M annual number
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and other modern sales automation tooling
  • Experience selling to product, design, or research buyers
  • Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-moving startup environment where the playbooks are still being written
  • Genuine interest in user research and how great products get built
