[Remote] Project Manager

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of software implementation projects
- Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and project documentation
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and measure performance using appropriate project management methodologies and tools
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to minimize delivery impacts
- Communicate project status, risks, and escalations to clients and leadership as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate client meetings to gather requirements, clarify project objectives, and ensure successful execution
- Allocate resources effectively and delegate tasks based on team members’ skills, strengths, and experience
Skills
- 4–5 years of experience managing software implementation projects in a client-facing environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Experience managing and influencing senior-level client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business language
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and manage expectations effectively
- Experience presenting project updates, recommendations, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field
- Experience delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects
- PMP certification
- Experience working within cybersecurity, identity security, or enterprise software implementation environments
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
