[Remote] Senior Accounting Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Atlantic Group is seeking an accounting professional with experience in public accounting to support public company clients. The role involves financial reporting, technical accounting, and participation in M&A integration and IPO readiness initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting, month-end close, and general accounting activities
- Assist with SEC reporting and public company compliance requirements
- Participate in M&A integration, acquisition accounting, and due diligence projects
- Support IPO readiness initiatives, including process improvement and internal controls
- Research technical accounting issues and prepare related documentation
- Partner with client leadership teams on special projects and process improvements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–5 years of public accounting experience with public company clients
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- CPA or CPA track preferred
