[Remote] National Account Manager - Technical Instrumentation

The role requires managing complex sales cycles and delivering value-based solutions in specialized markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a strong sales pipeline through new logo acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and deliver solution demonstrations
  • Understand customer needs related to color measurement and communication
  • Qualify and convert marketing leads into closed sales opportunities
  • Achieve annual sales and forecasting targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts using Salesforce
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business growth
  • Ability to travel extensively (approximately 60-70%)

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • 5-8 years of strategic sales management experience
  • Proven ability to manage national or global customer accounts
  • Experience selling capital equipment is a plus
  • Demonstrated success building territories, growing existing business, and acquiring new customers
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven professional
