They are seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations to drive sustainable revenue growth and enhance productivity within the go-to-market team by overseeing processes, tools, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and drive highly productive and scalable go-to-market teams to enhance market reach and efficiency
  • Build and drive a highly effective and accurate process for weekly bookings forecasts, supporting revenue predictability
  • Develop and implement a robust system for tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance accountability across the organization
  • Implement and enhance balanced compensation and quota systems that align with organizational goals
  • Implement and enhance high-impact sales enablement functions that increase sales productivity and reduce ramp-up times for new sales hires

Skills

  • 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations
  • 5+ years of experience in problem solving (systems & process)
  • 5+ years of experience in metrics development & reporting
  • 25-50% travel required
