[Remote] North America Operations Director
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. X4 Engineering is working with a global APSCA Member Firm seeking an Operations Director to oversee all North America Social Compliance Auditing activities. The role involves leading operations, managing audit teams, and ensuring effective service delivery while maintaining financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead North America operations, ensuring effective delivery of audit services across the region
- Oversee the planning and scheduling function for approximately 4,000–5,000 audit days annually
- Manage Audit Managers and Audit Schedulers
- Own North America regional P&L of approximately $10 million, ensuring operational decisions support both service quality and financial performance
Skills
- Experience in social compliance auditing, responsible sourcing, supply chain compliance, ESG auditing, or human rights due diligence
- No requirement to be a current CSCA
- Prior experience leading operations, scheduling, audit delivery, resource planning, or regional service delivery teams
- Ability to manage through managers, with experience overseeing distributed teams and indirect reports
- Proven track record of 8-figure P&L oversight
- Candidates will need full rights to work in the US (i.e. US citizenship or Green Card)
