The Operations Coordinator will amplify leadership impact, design and optimize AI-enabled workflows, and manage project momentum to ensure seamless operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a true force multiplier for embedded COOs across multiple client engagements, proactively owning administrative and operational priorities so leadership can operate at the highest level
  • Design, document, and optimize robust SOPs and AI-enabled workflows, transforming ambiguous operational challenges into scalable, cost-effective digital ecosystems
  • Maintain absolute visibility across concurrent workstreams by managing project management systems, tracking critical action items, and ensuring seamless follow-through from all stakeholders
  • Seamlessly manage everything from hiring coordination and ATS management to executive calendar scheduling and client-facing presentations, keeping the entire business engine running smoothly
