Role Overview – Virtual Customer Support Associate

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers across phone, chat, and email channels. You will work from a dedicated home office in Maharashtra (eligible Tier‑B cities include Nagpur, Nashik, Solapur, Kolhapur, and Sangli) and collaborate with a diverse team of fellow associates, supervisors, and product specialists.

  • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via telephone, live chat, and email, ensuring each interaction meets arenaflex’s high service standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of issues, including order status, product details, payment concerns, and website navigation.
  • Utilize arenaflex’s proprietary tools and knowledge bases to research solutions, verify information, and provide accurate guidance.
  • Document each customer interaction in the CRM system, capturing essential details for future reference and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications
