  • Product Knowledge: Develop comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex products across all major categories including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
  • Data Entry & Record Management: Accurately enter customer information, order details, and interaction notes into company databases and CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and timely updates to customer records.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and special requests with precision, verifying all details to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Learn the basics of multiple departments to provide well-rounded support and effectively direct customers to the appropriate specialists when needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, working to resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible and escalating complex cases to supervisors when appropriate.
