PPC Amazon Specialist & Brand Manager We are a mission-driven, high-growth beauty brand inspired by cultural roots and powered by clean, botanical ingredients. As we scale our operations, we're looking for passionate experts who understand how to strategically grow brands on Amazon and beyond. We're seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven PPC Amazon Specialist who also brings brand management experience. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns, managing product listings, and maintaining a consistent, compelling brand presence on the platform. You'll collaborate closely with an in-house creative team while taking full ownership of Amazon performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns
  • Monitor ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, and ROAS to meet performance goals
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and campaign audits
  • Report on trends with actionable insights
  • Optimize product listings, including titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keywords
  • Ensure brand assets (images, A+ content, Storefront) align with brand voice and standards
  • Collaborate with creatives to brief content needs based on performance data
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions in brand tone
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and resolve account health issues
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for new product launches
  • Track competitor activity and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance targets
