About the Role and What You'll Do Every Day
As a Part-Time Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting our automotive dealer clients' websites. Your primary mission is simple yet impactful: engage website visitors in friendly, informative online conversations, answer their questions, and convert those interactions into qualified leads and scheduled appointments that drive real revenue for our clients.
Every shift will be dynamic and engaging. You'll handle a wide variety of customer inquiries ranging from product specifications and service availability to financing questions and general dealership information. You will use your excellent written communication skills to provide accurate, helpful information, capture essential customer contact details for lead generation, and summarize each interaction in a way that allows our dealer clients to follow up effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries through online chat in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
- Provide accurate, clear, and helpful information about automotive products, services, promotions, and dealership offerings
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations designed to identify their needs and qualify them as potential leads
- Narrow down appointment information and efficiently schedule service appointments, test drives, or sales consultations on behalf of our dealer clients
- Capture and document customer contact information accurately for lead generation and client follow-up purposes

- Develop, update, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products, services, dealership policies, and industry trends

What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications

- Residency Requirement: Must currently reside in one of the following approved states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin. This is a remote position, but you must live within one of the listed states to be eligible for employment.
- Equipment: Must own your own computer or laptop equipped with a functioning webcam and microphone (this equipment is not provided by arenaflex).
- Training Availability: Must be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training conducted via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
- Scheduling Flexibility: Must be available to work five days per week, including either a Saturday or a Sunday, with shifts available during day, evening, and night hours.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and professional tone.
- Computer Literacy: Basic internet navigation skills and comfort working with Windows-based computer systems, web browsers, and chat platforms.
