As a Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager, you will be the bridge between sellers and arenaflex’s sophisticated platform, ensuring that product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for maximum visibility. Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Development & Strategy

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify product gaps, seasonal trends, and emerging categories within the Guatemalan e‑commerce landscape.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies that attract high‑potential sellers to the arenaflex platform, focusing on both established brands and emerging local artisans.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing dynamics, and promotional tactics to keep arenaflex’s marketplace offering competitive and attractive.

Seller Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Prospect, engage, and recruit new sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and occasional in‑person events, presenting the value proposition of selling on arenaflex.
  • Guide sellers through the onboarding process, including account setup, product data entry, compliance checks, and initial inventory loading.
  • Provide best‑practice training on listing optimization, pricing strategies, and fulfillment options, leveraging data‑driven insights to boost seller performance.

Data Management & Quality Assurance

  • Enter, validate, and maintain high‑volume product data (titles, descriptions, images, specifications) with meticulous attention to accuracy and consistency.
  • Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, and internal data tools to audit listings, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with arenaflex’s content standards.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—product, engineering, and compliance—to streamline data workflows and improve platform reliability.

Performance Monitoring & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as seller activation rate, product count growth, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Act as the primary liaison between sellers, internal account managers, and support teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain strong relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting marketplace growth, challenges, and opportunities for expansion.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue or acquisition targets using consultative, solution‑focused selling techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; experience with data‑entry platforms or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to craft persuasive presentations and clear documentation.
  • Comfortable thriving in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment and capable of juggling multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct e‑commerce experience, especially in onboarding third‑party sellers.
  • Experience in consumer electronics or related product categories, providing a deeper understanding of market dynamics.
