Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and special requests.
- Resolve passenger concerns regarding luggage, flight delays, and other travel-related issues.
- Provide clear and accurate information about Taskzeno Airlines’ policies, schedules, and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service processes and standards. Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers, software applications, and online communication tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience
- Previous customer service or support experience is preferred, ideally in the travel, airline, or hospitality industry.
- Experience in remote or virtual work environments is an advantage. Working Hours
- Flexible scheduling with options for full-time or part-time remote shifts.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required depending on business needs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
