They are seeking a Sales / Business Development Representative (SDR / BDR) who will drive opportunity generation and build a high-quality sales pipeline to fuel the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive opportunity generation: Research and connect with potential clients, turning initial contacts into qualified opportunities
  • Take full ownership of your pipeline: Prioritizing high-potential prospects and accounts, managing inbound leads efficiently, qualifying and routing opportunities to keep the sales engine moving
  • Track results: Follow up strategically, and iterate your approach to maximize impact
  • Create opportunities and build processes: Create new ways to identify and engage prospects, contribute to building playbooks, templates, and frameworks for the team, helping scale Origin’s outreach efforts
  • Engage prospects in thoughtful conversations: Building relationships and generating valuable opportunities
  • Demonstrate competitive drive, curiosity, and resilience in every interaction

Skills

  • 2 - 3 Years of Sales Experience: BDR, SDR, retail, B2B, or other competitive roles that demonstrate results
  • Competitive drive & grit: Ambitious, persistent, and motivated to achieve measurable outcomes
  • Self-starter mindset: Takes ownership of outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline without needing a playbook
  • Strong communication: Builds rapport quickly, asks the right questions, and conveys value clearly
  • Creative & resourceful: Finds new ways to generate leads and open doors
  • Collaborative with leadership: Works closely with the CEO and early team, sharing insights and contributing to strategy
  • Hungry for growth: Eager to develop skills, advance your career, and make an impact at Origin
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, or other sales engagement platforms
