[Remote] Lead Software Engineer

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will develop highly scalable systems and algorithms to simplify healthcare operations in an AI First environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack systems that are reliable enough to delight care teams in a healthcare setting
- Build a deep understanding of the solution area you’re working in and solve modern healthcare solutions collaboratively with the product team
- Stay up-to-date on modern security design principles, threats & preventive implementations
- Learn new technologies and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Work collaboratively and learn together with the rest of the team members - a rising tide raises all boats
Skills
- BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent work experience of 4+ years
- 6+ years of professional experience as a software engineer working full stack with Python and Typescript / React
- Experience with Skillora Web Services or other cloud services
- An AI Coding evangelist that measures themselves by the number of coding agents they're orchestrating at once
- Strongly desired: Experience with Kubernetes
- Have worked in healthcare tech, especially Smart on FHIR, CDS and other EHR integrations
- Prior experience working for an enterprise SaaS company
