[Remote] Customer Growth Representative

FBSPL is seeking a Customer Growth Representative to connect with small and mid-sized businesses and guide them through onboarding for POS systems and payment solutions. The role focuses on outreach, relationship-building, and helping business owners adopt tools that support their daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Connect with business owners to learn about their current setup and needs
- Introduce POS systems and payment tools that simplify daily operations
- Attend scheduled meetings and follow up with interested businesses
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process from first conversation through setup
- Build trust through clear, friendly, and consistent communication
- Track conversations, notes, and progress in the CRM system
- Collaborate with your team to meet new business engagement goals
Skills
- Experience in customer-facing, outreach, or relationship-based roles is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and listening skills
- A positive, professional approach and willingness to learn
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with virtual meetings
