FBSPL is seeking a Customer Growth Representative to connect with small and mid-sized businesses and guide them through onboarding for POS systems and payment solutions. The role focuses on outreach, relationship-building, and helping business owners adopt tools that support their daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with business owners to learn about their current setup and needs
  • Introduce POS systems and payment tools that simplify daily operations
  • Attend scheduled meetings and follow up with interested businesses
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process from first conversation through setup
  • Build trust through clear, friendly, and consistent communication
  • Track conversations, notes, and progress in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with your team to meet new business engagement goals

Skills

  • Experience in customer-facing, outreach, or relationship-based roles is helpful but not required
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • A positive, professional approach and willingness to learn
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with virtual meetings
