As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you will become an essential member of our remote workforce, contributing to the seamless operation of healthcare data management while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Position Overview and Schedule This part-time position offers 34 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday. We provide flexible work hours between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM CST, allowing you to design a daily schedule that fits your lifestyle while meeting operational needs. The role is fully remote, giving you the freedom to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining consistent collaboration with your team through digital communication channels. Please note: If selected for further consideration, candidates will be required to complete an online alphanumeric data entry assessment. The position requires a typing speed of 8,200 KSPH (keystrokes per hour) with a 98% accuracy rate. This benchmark ensures that our team can maintain the high standards our clients expect and deserve. What You Will Be Doing at arenaflex Core Daily Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Precisely enter data from insurance claims and authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers into our proprietary systems. Every keystroke matters, and your attention to detail ensures the integrity of critical healthcare information.
  • Efficient Turnaround Management: Process claims and authorizations expediently and efficiently to meet client turnaround times. Your ability to balance speed with accuracy is essential to maintaining service level agreements and client satisfaction.
  • Imaging Software Navigation: Navigate efficiently and effectively through our imaging software systems to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry. Familiarity with document management platforms will be key to your success in this role.
  • Claim Type Differentiation: Accurately differentiate between various claim types and follow the appropriate data entry guidelines for each. Understanding the nuances of different insurance claims and authorization requests is crucial for proper processing.
  • Document Identification: Accurately identify specific document types that require special handling, ensuring that each piece of documentation receives the appropriate processing attention.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times. Open communication and teamwork are valued at arenaflex, and your ability to coordinate with colleagues will contribute to overall team success.
