In this role, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities
- Support content planning and creation while ensuring consistency with brand messaging
- Track campaign performance and turn data into actionable recommendations
- Assist with budget planning and help ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners when needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, brand, or campaign execution roles
- Hands-on familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, analytics tools, or email marketing platforms
- Strong campaign execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives at the same time
- Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid campaigns, social media, email marketing, SEO, and performance tracking
- Ability to interpret campaign data, spot patterns, and make practical recommendations to improve results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create or guide clear, effective messaging
- Comfort working cross-functionally with design, content, product, and business teams
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you take initiative, follow through, and care about outcomes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning, coordination, and execution
- Curiosity about market trends, consumer behavior, and evolving marketing best practices
- Experience working with campaign reporting, performance dashboards, or marketing analytics
- Experience with project management or collaboration tools
