[Remote] Card Analyst

They are seeking a Card Analyst I, responsible for preparing clients for Keystone implementation through card product planning and configuration, while collaborating closely with clients and other analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for gathering and analyzing development specification and interfaces through the conversion data
  • Works closely with the client and collaborates with other Card Analysts and Conversion departments
  • Acts as the primary liaison between Card Services and Development
  • Responsible for demonstrating initiative, collaboration and teamwork to build an in-depth knowledge base of the KeyStone product and card conversion processes
  • Requires effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Follows team procedures and executes them in accordance with standards
  • Works under close supervisor direction and requests assistance and oversight from senior Card Analysts when needed
  • Responsible for understanding and practicing basic concepts of card processing networks
  • Conducts card mapping, card setup and gathers specifications with additional assistance and guidance of senior Card Analysts
  • Responsible for understanding and practicing basic concepts of the card conversion process, which includes network balancing, certification testing, card conversion exception reports and card validation
  • Responsible for analyzing, understanding and capturing products and services offered by the client, as well as the processes being followed to ensure the core is built to meet the client’s needs, with assistance from senior Card Analysts
  • Facilitates installations and tests new versions of the card related interfaces and application software
  • Protects clients from errors by frequently troubleshooting and suggesting ways to improve product
  • Responsible for understanding basic technical specifications for custom items
  • Follows established team and division procedures
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Show passion about learning additional skills and tools on the job

  • Three months to twelve months of similar or related experience
  • A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or completion of specialized training courses conducted by equipment vendors or job specific skills acquired through on-the-job training or apprenticeship program
