Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.6. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.2. Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries.3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system.6. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service effectiveness.7.
