Job Title: Remote UI/UX Designer (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000 - 4,000 USD/month depending on experience paid via bank transfer Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time Job Overview: Our client is a fast-growing New York-based marketing agency specializing in performance-driven campaigns for e-commerce brands and tech companies. They partner with high-growth, category-defining companies to create viral product launches and fundraising campaigns, generating millions of views across platforms like X (Twitter) and LinkedIn. Their team blends creative excellence with data-driven strategy to deliver impactful, high-performing content. The UI/UX Designer (Storyboard / Motion Graphics) will be responsible for creating the visual foundation for motion graphics and animation projects. This role focuses on developing styleframes and storyboards that define the visual direction, narrative flow, and user experience before production begins. This is not just a visual execution role—the designer will play a key role in shaping how stories are told through motion by establishing clear design systems and creative direction for animation teams. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for layout, typography, and composition, along with the ability to translate abstract concepts into cohesive visual narratives.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine styleframes that define visual direction, including color, typography, composition, and overall mood
• Translate concepts and creative briefs into clear visual systems that guide motion designers and animators
• Ensure consistency across frames to maintain a cohesive and intentional visual identity
• Iterate quickly on style explorations based on feedback from creative directors and clients
• Prepare design assets (layers, files, exports) for seamless handoff to animation and production teams
• Develop and apply typography systems, color palettes, and layout frameworks within styleframes
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals
• Maintain organized files and naming conventions to support efficient workflows and revisions

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies Required:

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on motion graphics, storyboarding, or styleframes
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, composition, typography, and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and/or Figma
• Strong understanding of design systems and how to translate them into motion-ready assets
• Ability to take direction and iterate quickly in a fast-paced creative environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience working with motion design or animation teams
• Familiarity with storytelling for social media, especially high-virality content
• Experience in creative studios, agencies, or working with tech brands
• Understanding of how design translates into motion (timing, transitions, hierarchy)
