Role Overview

As a Remote Data Entry & Live‑Chat Intern on the Content Operations & Innovation team, you will support the collection, validation, and analysis of marketplace data while providing real‑time assistance through live‑chat channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and validation of marketplace metrics using tools such as Airtable, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist senior analysts in conducting comprehensive assessments of existing digital marketplaces, including pricing structures, user engagement, and transaction volumes.
  • Research industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to surface actionable insights for the Content Operations team.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—including product, finance, and VFX teams—to develop financial models that evaluate business performance and forecast future growth.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing clear, data‑driven reports for senior leadership.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and presentations, delivering findings and recommendations with confidence and clarity.

Essential Qualifications
