With a mission to improve health outcomes and accelerate the delivery of innovative medicines, arenaflex combines deep scientific expertise with advanced technology to empower healthcare professionals worldwide. As a member of the S&P 500, the company generates billions in annual revenue and continues to expand its footprint across the United States and beyond. Our culture is built on collaboration, continuous learning, and a relentless focus on patient‑centric impact.

Why This Role Matters

In the fast‑moving world of healthcare technology, the transition from legacy applications to modern platforms is critical. arenaflex is currently executing a large‑scale Beacon‑to‑Link migration that will reshape how doctors, nurses, and laboratory staff interact with our systems. As an Application Administrator, you will be at the heart of this transformation, ensuring that organizations, user accounts, and essential order components are accurately set up in the new environment. Your work will directly affect the efficiency of clinical operations and, ultimately, patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manually create and configure organizations, user profiles, and select order components in the Link platform, following detailed migration guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify items that can be automated and assist in testing those automation scripts.
  • Provide tier‑1 help‑desk support, triaging incoming queries from internal stakeholders and external healthcare providers.
  • Maintain high‑quality data entry standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with arenaflex data governance policies.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with end‑users—often clinicians—guiding them through the migration process and addressing any concerns.
  • Document procedures, create knowledge‑base articles, and suggest process improvements to streamline future migrations.
  • Adhere to shift schedules (8 AM‑5 PM, 9 AM‑6 PM, 10 AM‑7 PM, or 11 AM‑8 PM EST) to provide timely support across multiple divisions.
  • Complete a brief 3‑minute IKM assessment during onboarding to validate technical aptitude.
  • Participate in regular virtual team meetings, providing status updates and escalating blockers as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Typing Speed & Accuracy: Minimum 40 words per minute with a focus on error‑free entry.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English; bilingual ability in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, including formulas, data sorting, and basic macros.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business administration or information technology is a plus.
  • Technical Exposure: Any tier‑1 help‑desk or triage experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Reliability: Consistent high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace.
  • Compliance: Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Previous experience in application administration, data migration, or clinical software support.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and workflows (e.g., patient registration, lab order processing).
  • Basic understanding of database concepts or experience with CSV imports/exports.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation, with the ability to remain calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining strong communication with team members.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry to avoid downstream errors that could affect patient outcomes.
  • Problem‑Solving: Quick identification of issues and proactive resolution, especially during high‑volume migration periods.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple shifts and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Clear, courteous, and professional interaction with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Comfort with evolving processes and willingness to learn new tools as the migration project progresses.

Career Growth & Learning Opportunities

arenaflex invests heavily in employee development. As a new member of our Application Administration team, you will have access to:

  • Structured onboarding programs that cover arenaflex’s technology stack, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Mentorship from senior administrators and developers who will guide you through complex migration scenarios.
  • Online learning portals offering courses in data analytics, advanced Excel, basic scripting, and healthcare informatics.
  • Opportunities to transition into higher‑impact roles such as Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Technical Support Specialist as you gain experience.
  • Regular performance reviews that align personal goals with arenaflex’s strategic objectives, ensuring a clear path for promotion.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

While specific salary figures are tailored to experience and location, arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • Base salary commensurate with entry‑level market rates for remote positions.
  • Performance‑based bonuses tied to successful migration milestones.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Retirement savings options with company matching contributions.
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and sick leave.
  • Flexible work‑from‑home arrangements and a stipend for home office equipment.
  • Employee assistance programs, wellness resources, and virtual social events to foster community.

  • Diversity & Inclusion: A workplace where bilingual talent and varied perspectives are celebrated.
