Position Summary

arenaflex is actively seeking a motivated, service-driven Remote Customer Travel Support Specialist to join our expanding client experience team. In this fully remote role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for our corporate clients, assisting them with travel inquiries, itinerary adjustments, reservation management, and real-time problem solving. Key Responsibilities

  • Primary Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients, professionally handling travel inquiries, new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and itinerary updates with efficiency and warmth.
  • Personalized Travel Guidance: Provide tailored recommendations, insights, and travel expertise to help clients make informed decisions about flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and special requests.
  • Vendor and Partner Coordination: Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other travel suppliers to confirm bookings, secure upgrades, and gather up-to-date information on behalf of clients.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively anticipate and resolve travel disruptions, delays, and unexpected changes, offering prompt and effective solutions that prioritize client satisfaction and minimal disruption.
  • Documentation and Follow-Up: Maintain accurate and well-organized records of all customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups within the company’s CRM and booking platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow remote support specialists, account managers, and operations teams to ensure consistent service quality and a unified client experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Share client feedback, identify recurring issues, and contribute ideas for improving internal processes, tools, and overall service delivery.
  • Policy Adherence: Uphold arenaflex’s corporate travel policies, client agreements, and compliance standards while delivering friendly and flexible service.

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or airline industry.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to build rapport quickly and convey information clearly across phone, email, and chat platforms.
