[Remote] Account Manager - Data Center Hyperscaler
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is a global leader in critical power solutions. They are seeking an Account Manager to manage Critical Power solutions and services for Hyperscaler accounts within the Data Center space.
Responsibilities
- Deliver growth within existing accounts and develop new accounts
- Cultivate and manage relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring effective resolution of issues
- Work cross functionally to lead commercial negotiations and manage quote and change order pricing
- Update pipeline and sales activity on CRM system (salesforce)
- Oversee projects and initiatives aimed at maximizing Operating Profit (OP) and drive site focus on efficiency programs
- Facilitate information flow and develop growth opportunities
- Manage contract negotiations with the support of Flex legal team to ensure compliance and satisfaction
- Enhance communication and drive best practices across multiple teams
- Ensure all client programs are executed in accordance with contracts, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and track business risks, providing timely reports to the Flex business
Skills
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience
- Experience being a point of contact on large key business accounts
- Experience working within sales of Power Electronics for Data Center Accounts
- Demonstrates expert operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills
- Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Manufacturing related business
- Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas
- Experience managing accounts in the Datacenter market/industry, selling Low Voltage Power Distribution products and services is preferred
