[Remote] ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Logan Finance Corporation is one of the fastest growing Non-QM lending companies in the US, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through its Correspondent and Wholesale channels. They are seeking experienced account executives to leverage their Non-QM network and assist brokers in closing more loans.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with Mortgage Bankers and Brokers
- Help originate brokered loans to the inside support staff and move loan originations from submissions to closed loans. Your job is to sell, not process!
- Communicate with brokers/staff to ensure coordination of timely receipt of borrower conditions and financial information
- Ability to follow directions
- Work with Senior Management on goals and projections
- Meet or exceed production goals and adhere to reporting requirements
- NMLS license not required (except Nevada)
- Appreciate the use of technology in the mortgage arena
Skills
- Current Non-QM Wholesale Mortgage experience
- Attention to detail and ability to work quickly
- Knowledge of E-mail marketing
