Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Remote Call Center Customer Experience Specialist to support our growing customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to existing customers, taking inbound and outbound calls, processing product orders, and accurately entering all information into our internal systems. This is a remote, work-from-home position based out of Simpsonville, SC, offering a stable weekday schedule and the chance to grow your career with a reputable industry leader.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Order Management: Handle a steady volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, taking customer orders with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Data Entry and Order Processing: Accurately input customer orders into our proprietary system, ensuring all details are correctly captured and processed in a timely manner.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for our existing customer base, helping to maintain strong, long-term relationships through excellent service.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, resolve minor concerns, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize errors.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other remote employees to share best practices, stay updated on product information, and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Compliance and Safety: Uphold all company policies, procedures, and safety standards while maintaining the highest level of professionalism on every call.

Work Schedule and Compensation

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (no nights, weekends, or holidays)
  • Pay Rate: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
  • Status: Full-time, remote (work from home) position
  • Location: Simpsonville, SC (must reside in or near this area)

What We Are Looking For: Minimum Requirements

  • Reliable Internet Access: Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection suitable for call center operations.
  • Proficient Data Entry Skills: Strong typing skills and the ability to enter information accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for accuracy, particularly when processing orders and entering data.

  • Previous call center or customer service experience (a strong plus)
