Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and self‑motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Update existing records to reflect the latest contractual, regional, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct routine audits to identify inconsistencies, duplicate entries, or missing fields, and resolve them promptly.
  • Generate and distribute regular data quality reports to senior managers, highlighting trends, error rates, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Content Acquisition, Metadata, and Engineering teams to clarify data requirements and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new remote team members on arenaflex’s data entry standards, tools, and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related administrative role (minimum 1‑2 years preferred).
