Event Planner – Sports, Concerts & Theater

Accountabilities:

• Assist clients in selecting and understanding available sports, concert, and theater event options based on their preferences.
• Provide accurate information on event availability, scheduling, and general logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors and service partners to help ensure smooth event arrangements.
• Maintain organized records of client requests, bookings, and communications.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries with clear, helpful, and professional communication.
• Use scheduling tools and basic digital systems to track tasks and manage event details efficiently.
• Support clients throughout the planning process to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
