Position: Virtual Assistant (Contract) We're on the lookout for a dynamic Virtual Assistant to join our team at my Influencer Marketing Agency. As a key player in our operations, you'll be responsible for handling various administrative tasks crucial to the smooth functioning of our influencer marketing projects... Key Responsibilities: Scheduling: Efficiently manage the daily schedules of team members and influencers, ensuring timely coordination of activities. Notion Board Management: Maintain and organize our Notion boards, keeping them up-to-date with relevant information and project details. Invoicing: Set up and manage invoices for our influencer partnerships, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Email Outreach and Communications: Reach out to potential influencers for collaboration opportunities, fostering positive relationships and partnerships. Also will need to manage communications and timelines with influencers. Project Management Support: Assist in small project management tasks to ensure seamless execution of influencer marketing campaigns. Requirements: Availability: Must be available in real-time every day during either EDT or PDT hours to accommodate team collaboration. Communication Skills: Extreme ability to communicate promptly and effectively via Slack or iMessage.
