Seeking entry level virtual assistance for an Airbnb business - Contract to Hire
Responsibilities
- Manage Airbnb listings, including updating listing information, pricing, and availability
- Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests throughout their stay...
- Coordinate check-in and check-out processes
- Handle any guest issues or complaints promptly and effectively
- Provide recommendations to guests for local activities, attractions, and restaurants
- Ensure that the Airbnb listings meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Monitor and manage guest reviews and ratings
- Disputing reviews with Airbnb through understanding and referencing their Review Policy
- Initiating and tracking claims and resolutions through AirCover, Resolution Center, or other coverage plans
- Financial reporting for clients monthly
- Invoicing clients and tracking invoices to make sure they are paid
- Communicate with cleaners to make sure properties are completed and pictures are provided, report all supplies needed to management
- Assisting in the continual growth of our business
- *Requirements**
• Clear & effective communicator speaking & writing in English
- Must be able to follow simple & detailed instructions
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Go getter & problem-solving work ethic
- Prior experience with Airbnb or other short term rental business preferred
