Social Media Assistant (YouTube Optimization Mostly)

We're looking for someone, preferable local to Utah or surrounding states, who has experience optimizing YouTube videos and can join our team to assist the channels we manage. We're hoping for a long-term partnership as we continue to scale our agency. You need exceptional writing skills because you'll be creating 1-2 paragraph summaries of videos for YouTube descriptions. If you have experience... with SEO, that's a plus as you'll be optimizing YouTube videos to prep them for publishing. You may have some involvement in posting Instagram Reels for my clients but for now, YouTube optimization will be your primary activity. Main Job Tasks: -Create Eye-Catching Titles -Write SEO-friendly descriptions for videos -Research Tags/Keywords for each YouTube video published -Keep track of comments on videos and respond if needed It's okay if you only have a little or no experience optimizing YouTube videos, we can train you. What's most important is that you already have strong writing skills and a familiarity with the YouTube platform as well as Instagram. Please submit any writing examples you have, especially if they are related to videos or YouTube. We mostly want to see proof of your writing skills because doing SEO research is something we can train you on. We want to work with someone who is available during normal business hours and is freelancing full-time because responsiveness will be important. Some of our services to our clients have 24 hour turnaround times, weekends excluded. We try to work ahead as much as possible but there are times when quick turnaround is needed.
