If you are interested in this Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician position, please contact Austin Faris at 586-710-7941 or [email protected] Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Compensation • The pay for this position is $18.75 per hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Highlights • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs • The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8am to 11pm Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities • Takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process • Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials • Transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Requirements • High School Diploma or GED • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days • Minimum (1) year experience required in a customer service position with high volume call center experience; preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position • State license OR a national license for this position • Experience in prior authorization Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Preferred Qualifications • Previous WFH experience If you think this Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting Apply Job!
