Job Summary:

Job Description:
As a Retail Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions, restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness and order in our store. You will interact with customers on a daily basis, ensuring their shopping experience is pleasant and memorable.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
– Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers
– Scan goods and collect payments
– Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
– Provide information about products and services
– Perform stocking and restocking duties
– Resolve customer complaints promptly
– Follow all health and safety regulations provided by the company
Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Prior experience in a retail setting is a plus
– Strong communication and time management skills
– Customer satisfaction-oriented
– Attention to detail and mathematical skills
– Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items for extended periods
