Description: Company Overview: Founded in 2015, Phil is a San Francisco-based, Series D health-tech startup that is building a platform that interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline the process of patients receiving prescriptions • We are seeking a talented and experienced Quality Leader to join our operations team • Reporting to the VP of Patient Experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance functions of our internal pharmacy, fulfillment partners, and patient & provider advocacy teams • This role involves developing and implementing quality management systems and driving continuous improvement to enhance patient experience and service excellence • Prepare and present regular quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives.
