Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loan IQ Developer to join our innovative team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for professionals with a robust background in Loan IQ implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Key Responsibilities Spearhead development initiatives on the Loan IQ platform for critical strategic projects and user-requested enhancements. Collaborate with business stakeholders, facilitate user demonstrations, and refine the development lifecycle. Design and implement efficient, reusable, and testable modules and components. Utilize an in-depth understanding of platforms, databases, APIs, caching layers, proxies, and other associated web services. Apply your hands-on development and DevOps expertise to create impactful client/server, multi-tier, and web-based applications. Required Skills In-depth knowledge of Finastra Loan IQ, including experience in product implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Proven ability in managing migration project models and execution frameworks. Strong proficiency in Loan IQ's data model and components. Advanced skills in SQL and PL/SQL for effective data extraction. Expertise in Core Java, REST services, Spring Boot, and familiarity with proprietary frameworks. Leadership experience in managing development or migration teams, comprising five or more members. Understanding of Agile development practices. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, accruals, and payments. Experience with Loan IQ scripted APIs, the Loan IQ Batch framework, and remote operations. Familiarity with operating systems such as RHEL and Windows. Skills in configuring and setting up Event Manager. Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, Tibco, IBM MQ, or similar technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred. A Masters degree or MBA is considered an asset.
