Remote Data Entry Analyst (Typist)

As a Data Entry Analyst, you will provide essential clerical support for Change Management initiatives, playing a critical role in our operations. This remote position is primarily for candidates based on the West Coast, with a strong preference for individuals located in Arizona or Oregon to ensure team collaboration. $25 - $45 an hour

Key Responsibilities

Conduct data entry and uphold the integrity and accuracy of the Changescout platform, which is integrated with Salesforce. Systematically collect and manage data, ensuring timely updates and organization within the platform. Collaborate seamlessly with team members while also exhibiting the capability to work independently. Facilitate effective communication across various teams to enhance project tracking and data management processes. Identify and lead the entry of projects across... multiple functional sites. Review and input information related to spending, invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasting data into project cost tracking systems. Establish and maintain comprehensive project files and logs. Compile and execute reconciliations as required. Required Skills Proficiency with Salesforce platforms; prior experience with Changescout is advantageous. Demonstrated experience in data collection and change management is preferred.
