Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, your core responsibilities will include: • Daily oversight of the CEO’s schedule, ensuring preparedness for all commitments. • Strategic alignment of daily tasks with organizational objectives, maintaining detailed notes and action items. • Capturing and developing actionable plans for the CEO's ideas, ensuring operational alignment. • Managing email correspondence, calendar, and travel logistics with effective prioritization. • Planning and coordinating logistics for various in-person events, ensuring thorough follow-up and quality. Qualifications • A minimum of 3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience in a rapidly growing business. • Previous experience supporting entrepreneurs or executives directly. • Proven expertise in process creation and implementation, with robust organizational capabilities. • A college degree, preferably in business, marketing, or healthcare. • Familiarity with the marketing and healthcare sectors is advantageous.

Compensation

And Benefits The anticipated salary range for this position is (70,000 - )80,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
