Customer Check-out Attendant
Job Description: As representatives of the restaurant, Burger King Customer Check-out Attendant are responsible for delivering fast and friendly service to customers during their checkout. Responsibilities: Provide a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers as they enter and exit the establishment with a warm reception. Regulate financial exchanges with customers using cash registers. To fulfill the duties of a cashier, you are required to verify the prices of the products, scan them, receive the payment, and provide the correct change. Hand over receipts of payment, refunds, admission tokens, and coin conversions. Resolve customer complaints by offering relevant information, guiding them to make informed decisions, and implementing effective solutions. Regular cleaning and tidying of the checkout area can prevent the spread of germs and bacteria. Scrutinize balance sheets for any discrepancies and report them to the designated personnel. Qualifications: Established track record of providing excellent customer service as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role. Basic PC knowledge. Knowledgeable in operating electronic devices such as cash registers and point of sale systems. Good math skills. Excellent communication skills and time management expertise are essential in any organization. Customer satisfactionoriented.
