A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PART-TIME WEEKEND / NIGHT SHIFT SERVICE DISPATCHER In this service dispatcher position, you are prompt and professional as you handle the after-hours needs of our customers. In this role, you answer phone calls, respond to customer needs through email, and schedule appointments with customers. Additionally, you take great care to maintain an organized system, including documenting and recording the correct services and keeping track of account changes. As a vital component to our office staff, you eagerly step in and assist with other miscellaneous office duties as needed.
