? Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions such as reports and dashboards. ? Collaborating across Growth, Marketing, Product teams across Paytm Money ? Define and implement best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes for the team's deliverables. Key skills: ? Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field. ? Proven experience (4+ years) in data analysis and a year of team handling experience. ? Proven experience working on Tableau (2+ years) and any other advanced BI tools to develop reports and dashboards. ? Developing reports and dashboards in Metabase and Redash. ? Strong proficiency in writing Advanced SQLs, Expertise in performance tuning of SQLs (3+ years). ? Be proficient in Excel. ? Analytical thinking and Solid understanding of data mining techniques. ? Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ? Good to have experience working on Python for data processing and pipeline building using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. Apply Job!
