Responsibilities • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat. • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product or service issues. • Educate customers about product features, services, and company policies. • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of communication. • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary. • Monitor and manage multiple customer chats simultaneously with a focus on efficiency and quality. • Gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in a live chat environment. • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling. • Ability to empathize with customers and maintain a positive attitude. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. • Familiarity with customer support tools and live chat software. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or office setting. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs. PAY RATE: $19.90 - $32.91 Hourly Experience and Skills: • Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in a live chat environment. • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling. • Ability to empathize with customers and maintain a positive attitude. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. • Familiarity with customer support tools and live chat software. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or office setting. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
