We are looking for enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while leveraging data to enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints by providing accurate information and solutions. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time and customer satisfaction. • Utilize analytics tools to track trends and provide feedback for improving processes. • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and services. Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data entry. • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. • Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with analytics tools is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Experience working in a data-driven or analytics-focused environment. • Knowledge of customer service metrics and reporting. • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
