Senior QA Engineer

About the role We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to define testing strategies and maintain product reliability. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and robustness of our Voice AI products. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to perform both automated and manual testing, ensuring our solutions meet high standards for performance, reliability, and usability. Your responsibilities will include: • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for Voice AI products, including both automated and manual testing. • Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and frameworks to validate product functionality and performance. • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand features and their impact on product behavior, ensuring thorough test coverage. • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and continuous quality improvement. • Monitor testing processes, analyze results, and provide feedback to improve testing efficiency and product quality. Who you are: • Experienced in QA engineering, with a proven track record in both automated and manual testing. • Proficient in Python for writing test scripts and automating test processes. • Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, PyTest, or equivalent. • Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • 5+ years of experience in software development or software testing. • Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for quality assurance. • Familiarity with RDBMS and NoSQL databases and validations. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development practices is a plus.
