Healthcare Insurance Agent | Remote

RemX staffing is currently looking for a Healthcare Sales Agent. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction while achieving daily and monthly sales goals. The ideal candidate is motivated and driven by constant challenges and incentives, as well as open-minded to new ideas and improvements. The Supervisor and Team Lead will provide Sales Agent the tools and ongoing training needed to be successful. Pay • $18.50/hr plus $25 per issued policy (commission is paid out monthly) Job details and requirements • MUST BE LICENSED HEALTHCARE AGENT • This is a contract to hire opportunity • 100% remote – equipment provided • Making outbound calls using an automatic dialer • Making approximately 150-200 calls a day • Leaving many voicemails • Looking for a conversion rate on these calls of 20-35% • Must have at 1 year Medicare Sales Experience • Not for profit so mainly serving low income, elderly, veterans • High Sales driven environment • Performance driven Shifts • M-F 8:45am-5:30pm EST (Will work with candidate if unable to work later shifts) • Must choose to work 2 days per week at a later shift time • M-F 10:15am-7pm EST •

• Must choose to work 1 day per week at 11:15am-8pm shift time

• M-F 11:15am-8pm EST (Please Prioritize this shift) • Training will be for 4 weeks M-F 9am-5:30pm EST Equipment • Equipment will be sent out and should be received a week prior to starting • Laptop, monitor, 2 headsets, mouse • When equipment arrives, the associate will email IT • IT will be spend about 15-20 minutes with them to make sure it gets set up and works properly • If termed or leave, associate must start the equipment return process within 2 days • IT will email them labels Training • 3 weeks of training which is M-F 9am-5:30pm • 1 week of nesting which will be on the shift they selected • MUST be on camera for training Company DescriptionThe professional staffing division of EmployBridge, America's Leading Workforce Specialist: When our Talent is looking for their next opportunity, we know they are not just looking for their next paycheck.
