Quality Controls Program Director - Commercial / Consumer Lending

Description: • Responsible for overseeing and driving the development, implementation, and management of programs within the lending organization. • This role ensures that products, services, and processes meet the highest standards of quality and comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Review all proposed credit programs and new partner on-boarding plans to ensure appropriate quality assurance and risk management checks. • Design, implement, and maintain programs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. • Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) representing critical dimensions – quality, financial, throughput, and risk. • Identify potential risks related to quality and implement strategies to mitigate those risks. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
