Job Description : Job Summary As VP of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the engineering team to build cutting edge products in healthcare analytics space using latest technologies like AI, ML, Cloud, Big Data etc. You will work closely with Product Managers and business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into innovative solutions. Your role will also involve managing the technical aspects of product development, ensuring scalability, performance, and security are built into every solution we deliver. Responsibilities • Lead the development and implementation of technology strategies across various platforms • Drive innovation within the organization by staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions • Ensure scalability, performance, and security are built into every solution delivered • Manage the technical aspects of product development • Develop and implement best practices for software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality Qualifications • Minimum 10 years of experience in building and leading high performing engineering teams • Proven track record of delivering impactful technology solutions • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture • Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure services • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, JavaScript • Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers • Passion for innovation and continuous learning Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
