Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mortgage Recruiter to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent in the mortgage industry while also engaging in business development and relationship management activities. Your efforts will directly contribute to HMA Mortgage's growth and success. Talent Identification and Recruitment: • Utilize your established network and connections to identify self-generating loan officers who align with HMA Mortgage's values and goals. • Conduct targeted outreach to prospective candidates, fostering relationships and engaging in meaningful conversations about career opportunities. Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience from initial contact through onboarding. • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Brand Advocacy: • Promote HMA Mortgage as an employer of choice, highlighting our unique culture, benefits, and opportunities for growth. • Share success stories and testimonials to enhance our employer brand in the industry. Collaboration and Reporting: • Work closely with the leadership team to align recruitment goals with overall business objectives. • Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress, challenges, and market trends.
