Required Skills/Abilities: • 10+ years of experience in senior sales leadership, driving revenue growth in wholesale. • Proven success in building strategic partnerships and managing P&L. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. • Passion for Kindthread's mission to support healthcare workers and deliver quality products. • Background in apparel and fashion; experience in healthcare is a plus. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Preferred industry experience in wholesale sales, particularly in apparel or healthcare.
