Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed. ? Assist in the training of new team members to promote consistent service delivery. ? Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics and supporting a positive team environment. ? High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. ? Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred. ? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. ?
